Sorry Andre... I'll try to make it easy. COMS will have to do SOMETHING to get out of this range. It could easily be done and may be by accident. You really are correct,, but it is not only that before '97 but also '98. Look at what the mkt has done, look at the sector,, now look at COMS and ask why?
"And WS can bite me." If you are a long term COMS holder it has and will continue to do so,, leave you in the dust until COMS does something to take notice.
"To me this is a clear case of a company misvalued." No one disagrees with that but
"Time will correct this imbalance" Every day this languishes while the likes of CSCO and CS plus other sectors run makes the imbalance that much larger.
"Maybe on EB's watch, maybe not. I don't care which, and of course the sooner the better, but it will happen." No one cares under which CEO it would move--- but growth is king in techs,,, COMS does not have what it takes--- hopefully Tues will give an indication that is changing,,, not for any reason but to get it sold fast,, if you want some profit to put into something to make a buck,, that is the fastest and most profitable way,,,
They--- not Eric alone,, the BOD and other mgrs are a part of major decisions, have done next to nothing to increase SH equity,,, even the great news of the PALM spin only pushed it up 1 5/8 until the details started to come out and it was realized the spin time frame was far from a great deal for coms holders,,, what have they done for you? Do you really expect institutions to buy this stock? They may hold but are not buying in a frenzy,,, COMS is COMS,,, not a bad company,,, but far from keeping up with the mkt and sector,, not even close and little reason to believe coms will change,,, possible-- but IMO the possibility of being bought is substancial and I'll continue to hold a small amount for that and trade the dips,, but money is only put into issues that are expected to gain,,, COMS is more of a gamble but not an I-nut gamble and the downside is maybe 20% --- so it is a who cares place to put a little cash in case of a run,,, and a great trading issue ,,
