DJ C-COR.Net Files To Offer 2.5M Shares

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (Dow Jones)--C-Cor.net Corp. (CCBL) filed a registration statement for a proposed public offering of 2.5 million common shares with an over-allotment option of a maximum of 375,000 shares.
In a press release Tuesday, the company said it will use the proceeds from the offering to repay debt and for capital expenditures.
C-Cor.net provides products and support to help customers build communications networks.

Elliot, CCBL certainly has competitors in its market.
CCBL seems to offer everything for a cable company
to build and monitor the network from the head-end
to the termination point on the outside of the house.
I'm not aware of any other company that has the same
complete offering. There again, I don't consider myself an
expert in this area with regard to its competition.
