Sneezing does not remove Zicam, according to the people at Gel Tech. It is a gel, but it is thin. If you spray it in your hand, you can see that it is a gel. When I have sprayed it in my nose, I cannot feel a difference between Zicam and a liquid nose drop solution.

The company has said that the second group of studies will be done in October and will be done in association with well-known academic medical centers.
