www.operasoftware.com
cost $
you can have MANY MANY windows open simultaneously
but
i think you want a 'script' to do stuff in sequence
there are programs used out there by hackers :) which can capture keystokes (originally to capture passwords) and 'replay' them

do an AltaVista or AJ search 'keystroke capture'
regards,
ynot ;)

I saw an article in todays WSJ about desktop.com which released a pre-beta version today of an application that does what you were looking for. Let's your browser become a desktop with icons for the sites you want. So far it is really cool.
