FWIW, their is a catch to the free internet. For example in Europe, companies, primarily telecom cos., are giving free isp service. The reason it is free is that the phone cos charge by usage time on the phone unlike the US, which charges per call. Therefore, it would be in the best interest for one to give away isp service in europe because they will make it all back with a customer staying on the internet for hours.. cheers, prof.
