Windbag, It is common knowledge that people who are observed are unfailingly ethical. People who feel they are not watched are a mixed bag of ethicals and thieves and they lack labels. So one way of not being watched/observed is to have a nominee brokerage account at one of the offshore tax havens and but/sell/whatever over there and here in your watched hometown you act ethically.
People who seem to be quite thical have been caught in crooked acts, look at the government of British Columbia, crooked as snakes, stole from charities because they thought they were safe, Same in another western state, they stole millions through false expense accounts that were audited by one of their own. In Toronto, the teachers had a fraud going where they got extra salary for taking extra courses in the summertime and during they year at night school. They paid for them and never took them and the school operators(other teachers) gave them diplomas and after 2 years destroyed the records.About 20,000 teachers got an extra $5000 annually for life. So do not maintain that the higher ups at Intel are some kind of pure people. They are a mix of pure and tainted and they wear no labels.
