paul i suggest you reread my post. you may learn a thing or two. i focused on PRODUCT Revenue. I am fully aware they grew revenue at 20%. in fact i stated that they did. Service revenue is much less profitable and generally gets a lower multiple by investors.

GEE, did I hop on the wrong thread today? I thought this was the SUN.COM thread. But everyone seems to want to talk about MSFT. Oh well, you take your cues from Scott&Ed so it figures.

PS: So far, one person has attempted to take on my post. Par for the course.

if you want to know why msft is valued where it is, check the balance sheet and the income statement. They are fully 3 times as profitable as SUN.COM. They also have about 10 times as much cash and investments on the books. BTW, have you payed your toll to redmond this year Paul?
