if you read the sunw 10K, you will find that they have a worse option problem then msft does. this is the sun.com thread, right charles? just making sure.

What would happen if MSFT options suddenly lost their attractiveness as an aid in recruiting and retaining employees? What would happen if a lot of the folks who hold them suddenly exercised and cashed out?

The P/E would go down?
