Thanks for posting that, Michael. I think it's great. I remember reading something like that elsewhere, something like, "if I had my life to live again, I'd have eaten more ice cream." So, I started eating more ice cream, and now look at me! LOL! And my blood sugar!! But, it's the thought that counts.
