I only gave it a quick read, but it looks to me like .05 a share for a much fewer number of shares (1.25 mil of new shares going to existing shareholders AND people exercising warrants) vs. however many tens of millions of shares outstanding now ... and then .05 for the new shares.

Also saw that after filing bankruptcy Jimbo took a pay cut to $190k plus per year -- what a guy! Also that he will continue to get that amount post-bankruptcy.

As for us mere shareholders, looks like we get a choice between nothing and not much.
