qdog furnished a pretty good starting link to introduce 3G. Don't neglect the related articles link at the bottom of the article which track events thru April:

wirelessweek.com

For a quick catch up from there try reading the articles of Vanessa Clark who is really close to 3G events. Go to:

totaltele.com

Then do an advanced search for all dates this year using:

"vanessa clark" AND "3G"

You might need to register for above site and some below.
