Richard, I have no idea what it could be, but I can speculate just as well as the next guy. The 504 people are hedging their restricted stock. Actually, in some cases they sell short in the market to raise the money for the 504. That is risky business, but as PP's they have access to real information that we do not and are better able to evaluate the company. These could also be shares involved in the "acquisitions" that are being dumped in a wholesale fashion. Of course, it could also be a hidden floorless, of the leaky type (the type that "killed" TTRIF and RNTK). There has not been any SEC filing on these financing, so we just do not know what was "engineered into them. But, one thing is clear, the TA surely stink and the increase of "street name" shares means that a lot of small investors have been seduced into putting their money into the company. Someone is going to pay the piper, typically these are no the PP's guys. Zeev
