Office Depot is correct, thanks for the heads up Gator. I recommend getting an investor package and reading if your scanning the boards but are still sitting on the sidelines. Email dpogroup@aol.com if you would like one sent to your email that you can download and print. Avatar is like the best video game graphics at the high-tech arcades. What they can do and shortly, when voice recognition technology becomes standard, what they will be able to do, is truly fascinating. The gambling gives it nice possibilities short term over the next couple of months and the combination of gambling (casino building services, with it's annuity like revenue streams) gaming (read hich-tech video games) and e-commerce (you'll have to wait on that one) make it a great long term play. Yeah there is some risk, but with Mr. Ruppanner's background (IBM & Home Depot to name a few) throw in the growth of the internet and the increasing interest in games of chance, and you have the potential for exponential growth like we have witnessed by the well known net names. Even if it doesn't get to those levels, most net-trepenuers only desire to get bought out by the big guys anyhow. It works for the shareholders as well. Just watch the PAX/NBC deal over the next 6 months. We were paid 25k shares of CSNO for promotional services by the company. Statements of fact are thought to be accurate but are not guaranteed. sec.gov ENFORCEMENT PROCEEDINGS SEC SUES INTERNET HUCKSTER FOR FRAUDULENT STOCK TOUTING The Commission today announced that it filed suit against Mark Malatesta, individually and doing business as Financial Solutions Web, in the Central District of California. The SEC's complaint alleges that the defendant engaged in an Internet scheme in which he fraudulently touted the stock of two issuers. The Commission's complaint alleges Malatesta operated a web site called Financial Solutions Web (FSW). Through this site, Malatesta recommended that the public purchase stock in two companies traded on the NASD OTC Bulletin Board. The complaint alleges that Malatesta made fraudulent statements about his and FSW's background, including the false claims that FSW's investment clients included the California State Teachers Retirement System and California Public Employee Retirement System retirement funds and that Malatesta was managing over $35 million dollars in client investments. Beyond misrepresenting his background and credentials, Malatesta failed to disclose that he was paid to tout the stock of the two issuers and, in fact, falsely denied that he was being paid to make glowing comments about the stocks. Malatesta also used the alias SafeCents to tout the stocks on the Raging Bull and Silicon Investor bulletin boards. In response to inquiries by others on the bulletin boards, Malatesta misrepresented the nature of his compensation agreements with the two issuers. As a result of his alleged misconduct, the complaint charges the defendant with violating Sections 17(a) and (b) of the Securities Act of 1933, Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and the Commission's Rule 10b-5. The complaint seeks permanent injunctive relief against the defendant and civil monetary penalties. [SEC V.
