J Stone . That was a post from Great Cdn Bear - which states true points but posted in context in a Shorters eyes. As a Long I look at the history as such:
Zi has been diligently trying to get into the Chinese market with their product. They tried many angles that became available (past deals and OEMs).
Lobsinger tried different acquisitions (the truck rental was running a profit and helped company survive financially during start up.
Lobsinger has always quickly recognized a direction / acquisition that wasn't up to par and got rid of it instead of holding and choking (i.e. the Miami Gateway, Brazil and Italien LD carriers, the meteorite technology, etc )
Zi did at one time @ 3 yrs ago reach a High of $11.80 CDN and none of the principals sold their shares in great numbers to bail out - thus it wasn't and still isn't a pump & dump as suggested by many shorters.
In summary Zi are fighters with good stamina and have finally reached a long goal plan - the JV with the Ministry of China. May i mention also that they are always hiring new programmers which since I have known them have developped new and improved related products.
They have gone thru alot of growing pains - what many startups go thru but remember Zi has done it with the PRC from Canada. It has obtained alot more than alot of U.S. corp. trying to establish itself in the PRC. Now we wait for other PRs on oems and royalties. Like I said before - it'll be a rollercoaster but a hell of a good ride for those who go long.

This is troubling enough for someone to forward it to IR at Zica and see what (if any) their response is.
