I do believe this is the second part of the two part breakout for mtsn....3/4 of a point was fairly small considering how long mtsn had been basing. In addition I would have posted this last nite had I thought it significant but mtsn was posted in a column called hotsteet@getatip; they were calling for a breakout for mtsn. If in deed they are responsible, I will have to pay much more attention to them. ted
