CELL Allan, I think I remember it was you saying "Damn their eyes, Sheesh, I'm going in this one." I hope it was. I couldn't, as we thread-bearers are honor-bound (Bull$hit--I was scared, too) to keep the rules:http://chart.yahoo.com/d?s=CELL As you can see, 8/31, which was rock-bottom day (on good enough volume, too), was not a signal as it closed a mere 1/32 above the low; as I remember, it was ON the low as, 17/32 was the ask, though I may be wrong in that. I think WDC got away similarly. The cats are behaving super-erratically these last two months. May be time to round them up before the mast at the scuttle-butt and tan their furry little behinds. But with what? A cat-o'-nine tails? But I run on. Chewing more than I bit off. Must be Monday. Must be a WHOLE LOT of work on my desk. I think WMI's signaling today. More later. Ivan

Allan, Did you page me on PCTL? It is behaving nicely, even though ... Coupla bowl-circlers: CLTR and SRV. Anyone need any further proof that you don't play signals generated by a second gap-down need look no further than ORB. Any gap of any size inaugurates a new 15-day incubation period. PERIOD. I mean MAXI-pads. Unfortunately, that holds true for WMI, which took 1.1% and 1.7% gaps on 9/2 and 9/7. For anyone who thinks that doesn't mean didley: chart.yahoo.com Just look at the 1.3% gap on 7/28, and what followed on the 29th: a full 20%-er. I don't know if anyone's ever been in the position of holding a stock like that (I have, which is how I became the catmeister--aka, self-defense). I can assure you, it's a real weenie-shrinking experience. But, hey, enough of my bull. Ivan
