Yes, they are. EATN hit a high of $.85, before closing at $.55. I don't have many shares but bought some at $.75 before they went to the OTC market.

I don't understand the news release. It mentions of Sears Can buying up all the common shares? Then it says later that common shareholders may end up with nothing? Huh? Can someone please clarify?
