Overall the market has very low volume today. Coupled with GBLX's quiet period, I think we'll drift from 25 -261/2 between now and Thurs, after the stockholders meeting for both companies. Then we head to the 30's.

Try net income, or the lack thereof. For example, they're going to buy FRO who netted about $170 million in the last year and that still doesn't cover the $240 million or so of interest GBLX has to pay on their debt. So you take a profitable company, FRO, and merge it into an unprofitable company, GBLX, and you still have an unprofitable company.

>60 million compared to what?
Ron, your statement about 60 million in expenses is not in any context. I'm sure McDonald's pays 100s of millions for buns, but should we be concerned?

Is the 60 million out of proportion to some yardstick we should be aware of?
