Known as last resort financing the the death spiral will soon begin as the convertible holders lock in their profits. What are the terms of the convertibles? Call Gerard the PR guy, but he aint talking. SFLK had a BEVY of PR releases all through the year and only had revenues of $700,000. *********************** So, since you "know" the "terms" why not publish your source? Fact is, you don't know any more than any other outsider... when you get'em, show'em, and I'll take you somewhat seriously. Ed
