Justin,
I think ARM Holdings plc(ARMHY)should be on the Watch and Wait portfolio list. This is a company that seems to spend most of its time creating technology and almost no time is spent on public relations.

The best place to find the ARM story is at their web site:
arm.com

ARM is an intellectual properties(IP) provider. Income from licenses for high performance, low cost, power efficient RISC processors, peripherals, and system-chip designs. Used in portable communications, hand-held computing, multimedia digital consumer and embedded solutions.

The enabling technology is allowing the ARM architecture to be adopted globally far faster then possible for a traditional semiconductor company. Other technology companies integrate their own intellectual properties around ARM processor cores. Example:visit an office supply store to see the WIZCOM Quickionary!!!!

Qualcomm is a customer,as is IBM, Hewlett Packard, Sony, ......
I would like to interest others in investigating ARM and presenting the pertinent information. If ARM has been looked at before, it may be time to look again.
