If there is any brokerage firm that has some serious upside, it is NATS. Ran from 4 over 12 on just the rumor of on-line trading. They do more revenue than SIEB (almost 2 times the revs) and they are back to the same business model that made them about 1.60 a share in 96. A beaten down stock that did some bad aquisitions and had to sell them at terrible losses. All that is behind them now, and they are making money again. Trading volume will probably increase 20 fold when they get on-line and they have a large customer base to start with. They are underwriters, market makers and brokers all in one. One good underwriting deal could send NATS skyward. I own some.

NATS had a filing for 2 insiders to sell shares in June. Float was 600K..One filing was for 70K the other was for 75K..Float maybe more like 755K..Online brokerage launch is scheduled between Mid Oct. and end of Oct. I was going to call the company sometime later this week.
