ZICA has no intrinsic value. It is highly questionable whether expected revenues ever materialize.

PMFJI, Robert, with what might be a dumb question, but how exactly do input methods for Chinese languages impact cell phones? Don't you pretty much dial a number, then talk & listen with the phone? Where does Kanji enter the equation?
