Go2Net Hires Casey Long as Managing Director, International Business To Oversee Go2Net's International Market Strategies
SEATTLE, Sept. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Go2Net, Inc. (Nasdaq: GNET), a network of branded, technology- and community-driven Web sites (http://www.go2net.com), has hired Casey Long as managing director of international business. Long, who joins Go2Net from Reebok International, will be responsible for setting Go2Net's international market strategies and directing the implementation of the resulting programs.

At Reebok, Long held positions as Asia Pacific Regional Product/Operations Manager and Global Product Manager. Long was most recently based in Hong Kong and acted as Reebok's regional manager for 13 Asian countries, including Japan, China, Australia, Singapore, and Indonesia, among others. He was responsible for all strategic, product marketing and operational decisions covering the entire line of Reebok products in those countries.

"Go2Net has established itself largely by virtue of strong growth in the North American markets, but we know there are also significant growth opportunities in select international sectors," said Russell C. Horowitz, Go2Net Chief Executive Officer. Long received a BA from Southern Methodist University and participated in the University of Copenhagen's International Business program, with a focus on European Business.

Does anybody have a summary of the August Media Metrics #'s?? #9... same as July...
