Of particular 3G interest is the CDMA development Group, GSM MoU Group and Universal wireless Communication Consortioum. Websites with info on the various 3G proposals are Qualcomm, Ericsson, Nokia and Lucent. itu.int This is the "the" website for the 3G standard. ITU is the body that will bring about the ruling for 3G, if a global standard is adopted. It's non-binding, but it being a UN organisation, the rest of the world pretty much adheres to the recommendation set forth by them. itu.int Has the various air interfaces for the global standard that are under consideration, plus info on the harmonization group.
