CS discussion on vcall interview........ HQ looking for $0.08 and 355 million in revs HQ rates a LT buy but not on focus list HQ likes new mgmt HQ on products & growth - Technology is fairly effective on Layer 3 switches and growing at 100% annually and should get 20% market share HQ like stackable switches. Around 10% of revs Possible spin off of spectrum. Revs flat to declining, why are they turning around? HQ says new technology shared media reps between 6 - 8 % of revs. Declining revs should slow.... How is CS protecting is base & add revs? HQ says CSCO is taking market share, more complete product line. Any future concerns? HQ says competition is TOUGH! They are in a pretty good position, must maintain development issues and attracting good talent. Price target for 6-12 months? HQ says mid 20s in 6 months or so. HQ says focus buys in this sector are EXDS, MMC Networks $34 price target.
