Joe, you may well be correct on #2 but I'm a tad suspicious about all the money-raising activity. You can read in that Lexar is readying itself to pay royalties but why then is SNDK so busy raising money and creating new shares? It makes just as much sense that SNDK figures to lose and is raising hay while the sun shines.

Just thinking about the possibilities makes my warts itch.
