Well my reaction was to investigate other third party bill paying providors, some of which use CheckFree. I do not, however, plan to cancel doing business with Citibank, as I get a warm feeling using them (also as a former NYC customer) as opposed to the almost mom-and-pop local banks here in northern VA. I have also used their brokerage services.
