First let me just say that I think we are pretty much saying the same thing. However sometimes I react to some of your statements because it seems that your view is that intc is innocent until proven guilty and AMD is guilty until proven innocent; that intc can do no wrong whereas AMD does everything wrong. Case in point is Raza's resignation....as info has come out over this event, it has become clearer that Raza wanted AMD out of Dresden which would have been a very fatal error for AMD...I hope you agree. However at the time you ranted and raved about Raza's resignation and viewed it as one more screw up on the part of AMD. I believe AMD screws up but I call them as they happen and when info is in short supply, I give AMD the benefit of the doubt. And if you think I am unfairly biased, check out my eps projection for this quarter.

Finally one last comment re gtw....as far as I am concerned, I will take IBM over GTW any old time. I think GTW is second tier when compared to IBM. And frankly I think AMD would have had to choose between the two because I don't think they could supply IBM, CPQ AND GTW initially.

In closing you are one of the few people on this thread who can get me going.....I like that!
