Jeff:--It's the law now in Canada cable companies MUST SELL any ISP company (if they want it), the fast cable hook-up system, at 25% off the minimum price. This was a ruling last week in Canada by the CRTC, ISP companies are jumping up and down in joy, the cable companies are very, very upset over this ruling, but they have to live with it.!!!Maybe this Canadian ruling will set a standard for Europe.??
