Some of the YHOO threads on DCLK are speculating that CMGI will pull all of it's advertising with them and give it to
ADFC. I have no idea if this is material or not, but do I remember hearing somewhere that CMGI represented a large
part of DCLK's reveneues?

I will stay away from DCLK until I do my DD. I learned to cut losses last year and there is no hurry to take a position.

Oh man its deja vu all over again. I don't know adfc.. how does it compare to engage? Because engage was cmgi's advertising crown jewel apparently. At one time dclk got a large % of its revenues from altavista. It was around 40% or so at the peak (a year ago).. much less than that now I would assume. Anyway cmgi bought that stake in AV and all these rumors were flying... could dclk hold on to the AV business when engage was there as a conflict of interest for cmgi/Wetherall. Well, as I say dclk held the business as far as I know... and anyway AV is less a part of the pie as it once was for dclk. My guess is this adfc thing is the same deal.
