By law.... but are you equating the law with reality?
The fact is an "accredited investor" is not required to show any sophistication about their investment strategy apart from the size of their holdings and/or their income. (And have you ever heard of anybody checking up to see if someone is "accredited"). It's simply protection for the company and a signing away of some rights by the investor. No "sophistication" - in the true sense - need be demonstrated.

When holders from a private placement start to sell it indicates nothing but their need and/or impatience and, sometimes, ignorance.

Once again you are grasping at straws with weak arguments and poor logic.

By law, it implies wealth and the ability to withstand the illiquidity of unregistered shares and the risks associated with a company with no public market for its shares. And it looks like the PP shareholders who sold in the teens did pretty well, even if they buy back their shares and go long now. You think a few of them may be doing that? I happen to know several ATG pp-holders who trade the stock almost as actively as you do, you nit wit -- you think they should be denied of the ability to do that because they originally acquired their shares for 1.60 through a PP??

Next thing you'll tell me is that people who got in on the IPO also know as much as true insiders do . . . . laughable.

BTW - MacGregor is an important customer - FIX compliance is important for an electronic trading firm like ATG - the fact that you don't understand why, and act like its no big deal with your lap dog Suess shows once again how adament you are to shut yourself off from fact in order to fit the ATG into your BS theory about a company on the verge of financial ruin. Got news for you AG -- its nowhere near financial trouble and it keeps making progress in doing the things it needs to do to be a successful company. So much easier to play the game with your eyes open, Auric -- you should try it.
