Thread sure is quiet without Clint. Need some help. Looking at getting into ADIC. Problem is they have a secondary coming next week (the 23rd). What is the best way to play this scenario? Wait till the shares are priced and placed or is ok to buy before hand. I assume most of the shares will go to institutions, it's the pricing that has me worried. Some news on BRCD. 3mln new shares coming out of lockup.
