She is an executive and a lady! <VBG>....By the way, I use the term "lady" in a variety of situations where the only irony is in the formality of my speech, and it always arouses a smile, because I do, in fact, know when it is appropriate and when it isn't. For example, if I have to interrupt a group of women talking at a party, I will say, "Pardon me, ladies, I am so sorry to interrupt, but may I borrow Miss X for a moment?".......
