You know the old saying about legislation and sausage; if you like the end product, you probably don't want to see how it's made. Too messy. I am always surprised in annual reports that so many companies are run by good ol' ordinary folks. We tend to forget that under the gloss of the flickering stock symbols. Or like a semi-professional gamble friend once said about the track - don't forget that horses are just dumb animals. They have their good days and their bad days. Just like stocks, huh?
