**PRFM analysis**

[edit: it has come to my attention that PRFM is only selling 1 million of the 3.5 million shares, so I have to change up the numbers]

I like to be conservative on it, just basing value of prfm on the pricing of the IPO.

7.5 mil offering of IPO, 3.5 being sold, so PRFM will hold 4 million.

Priced at $9, that is $36,000,000 that their holdings will be worth... or $4.85 a share.

They will also be selling 1 mil of the 3.5 mil at the $9, and get $9,000,000 in cash (minus the commissions etc, so rough est) and that is another $1.21 in cash per share.

book value is about $2 for the company (I doubt that includes the IPO bcz the IPO is not worth much on paper until they sell it).

So you get $4.85 in holdings (assuming $9).
+ $1.21 in cash
+ $2.00 book value.
------
$8.06 in value per PRFM share.

That is of course assuming it prices at $9, and trades at $9... which won't happen bcz IPOs are so hot these days, so 25 to 50% pop could be expected which would add ton more in value.

The only question is how much debt does PRFM have to see how much the $1.21 in cash proceeds they get from the IPO gets eaten by debt.

But book alone and value of holdings alone is $6... and I don't think the company is in a ton of debt (just turned profitable again).

Sorry for the rambling.

Jason
