Do you know what current burn in test time is for run of the mill DRAMs? i.e. wonder how much of WIP is smoked?

The burn-in time of any semi product depends on the maturity of the fab process. I'd say it could vary anywhere between 8-30 hours.

But it's not going to trash any WIP that's at that stage...just restart testing after the power comes back up.
What's getting trashed is the WIP that's still in the fabs.
