He admitted nothing. The news article says he wasn't even asked to enter a plea one way or another. So under the U.S. system he is innocent, period. By the way, his laptop was "turned over" either voluntarily or more likely under threat of subpoena.

Jesus, do you not understand the principle of innocent until proven guilty or the central role it plays in our justice system? Or, maybe you'd like to return to Torquemada's Star Chamber. Oops. Come to think of it, the Star Chamber acted a lot like Wall Street.
