"Because in the end, the facts will determine stock value, nothing else." If that were true the markets would all close. Every stock would have an exact value based on facts, so there would be no basis for one investor (or trader) to buy and another to sell the same stock on the same day. All trading would stop. The markets would dry up. Howard, I hate to be the one to break it to you, but there is a bit more to it than "...the facts will determine stock value, nothing else." PCM

ill make further comments, Howard C., and will stand by what i will say here as being appropriate, both now, and in the past... when i got here about a year ago, there were lots and lots of good people here working on something they believed in very strongly...and there was one person, jhild, ripping apart every single thing that was said... and most of what he said was worth listening to, even though he was completely insensitive to how he presented himself...his agenda then, as now, was to be as abrasive as possible without regard to real truth, or respect to those who he "addressed"...(read - talked down to)... as it turns out, the greatest majority (if not all) of what we had been told by the company was a lot of garbage, but hindsight make that easy to see now...not so then...many of us worked diligently to seek out what we believed to be accurate information and to share it with the rest here, only to be stricken down at every turn...our plea for a peaceful working environment was not only ignored, but we were wholeheartedly made fun of and laughed at in our faces...many people were called many names... nothing ever got discussed in a rational manner...he would not even allow us to discuss anything among ourselves...always there to destroy and belittle...always there to talk down to us and control with force... in the end, and to make a long story short, almost everyone has lost their faith in this project, due to the actions and lack of actions of panam...i personally have long since been out of it, for reasons that suit me... what goes on between him and myself has nothing at all to do with pabn...the fact that he was ultimately correct has nothing to do with the way he has treaded upon people, and nothing to do with the way he continues to insult and demean everyone here...to this day he makes fun of every situation he can think of... how do you like it when somebody nit-picks at you day after day, Howard...no matter what is right or wrong with a company, or the decisions made by the followers, do you endorse this kind of behavior, Howard...?...do you teach your children to act this way toward others, Howard...?...do you think that being correct is the only thing that matters, Howard...?... i sincerely hope not... if you wish to listen to him accuse me of protecting anything, then that is up to you...i just hate a bully and i will always think somebody outta stand up to him...not because of what he thinks, but because of the way he treats people...it is not nearly the same thing... i dont personally give a flip what he thinks... so, sit back and wait...he will reply to this with some of his venom spitting comment about who knows what...probably with more name calling and misinterpretation and his little made up spins...something stupid, you may be sure... donald b mcarthur

I certainly have no problem stacking my posts up from a year ago. I called the notion that the Belize government's warning about PABN/PRWT was put there by a hacker complete hogwash. Not only was it official, but they later reiterated it. The Central Bank went so far as to warn the US Comptroller of the Currency the Affordable Housing was not licensed for banking activities in Belize. I dismissed the videophone technology as never amounting to anything while the longs here cooed about how their darling Johnny said its uses were limited only by imagination. It is no longer even listed as a division. (RIP Merv Rosenfeld.) I pointed out the absurdity of the 84 Lumber deal that was so extolled by Mr. PCM and what an incredible opportunity it would turn into. RIP RMC and their supposed 500 million a year in mortgages. I dismissed the Press release that suggested that PABN/PRWT was to provide $6 million to NHLT to develop this Longport Scanner. As if they even had that much money, ever. No more NHLT, no more PowerX, it was only a $50k payment to NHLT to rent the ability to say they were doing these things for the month of December. I have dismissed this I-T thing from the beginning. I pointed out last January the disparity in the reports from management about the STANDING ROOM ONLY at the Garden City office and the report of a drop-by that there were maybe a dozen traders there. I have pointed out the past affiliation of the principals of Gold Country and Teachdaq with companies that are linked by BusinessWeek to the Mob. I have even shown a link between Teachdaq and Gold Country (Celestina Pugliese) and noted how they have all passed through the doors at Castle Securities. We know now that the resident tout for PABN, Mr. PCModem has also ties to the principals of Castle as he has told us what wonderful people they are, even at the risk of associating the Pope with LA gangs. I have demonstrated the falsehood of the claim that Gold Country was registered in "all 50 states" last April, that they have had to recant and subsequently even made a number of filings that they had claimed were already made. Just now we are getting a report from a dedicated long that there are only two traders in the Boca operation. That checks are bouncing. (Of course the tout has crawled from the wormhole and suggested only the most improbable of explanations, but then what does one expect from this unreliable source of cheerleading?) One wonders what the next set of excuses for not filing their Form 10 will be. But that is just a short term tactical issue. If there is an ultimate downfall to PABN/PRWT it will come from the facts. So far the facts have failed most every PABN/PRWT initiative. The light shining from these facts has caused the squinty-eyed representations of the company to seek the shade of ever new initiatives until each in their turn withers and falls. And all the while the number of shares outstanding grows bigger and bigger with these acquisitions full and sound and fury, yielding nothing of value to the common shareholder. Yes, in one year or in ten years we can look back and truly know the story here.
