I quite agree, It's just that wafer tracks and steppers and the such are very sensitive equipment. Even a little shaking will knock the dust out of the filters and force a thorough cleaning of everything. The sensors all need to be at least checked if not aligned. All the maintenance that is performed on a rotating basis needs to be done immediately. I expect no production for a couple of weeks minimum.
