Anything Internet (ANYI) to spin off Anycoffee.com IPO "in the coming months"

First confirmation of ANYI's backdoor IPO spinoff (to my knowledge), tonight at 5:01 p.m.:
siliconinvestor.com

Pre-IPO shares to be dividended (30 to 1) to shareholders on record Sept. 29:
biz.yahoo.com

Besides being a backdoor to the IPO, the dividend also increases ANYI shares by 3.3% per person, and gives three options for 3.3% each. Earlier this year ANYI shares were dividended to BANY shareholders before ANYI began trading, which helped BANY reach an all time high of $1.50 (I managed ~100% gain on the runup). ANYI is near its all-time low now due to a lack of investor enthusiasm IMO. Float is tiny, so a little enthusiasm could go a long way for an ANYI rebound.

BTW, ANYI announced record earnings tonight (revenues >$1 million):
biz.yahoo.com

and there's a conference call tomorrow morning at 10 a.m.(415-537-1825):
biz.yahoo.com

The Anycoffee.com site is only so-so IMO, but internet IPOs are suddenly hot again, so this could be a good play if you get in early (I got back into ANYI today at ~$3.5 after selling for $18 two months ago). I have no idea what the backdoor could be worth to ANYI in actual shareholder value (my guess is it'll be impossible to measure anytime soon), but if it attracts new investors it could be worth quite a lot to ANYI (and eventually BANY, on the pink sheets, which owns 800,000 shares of ANYI).
