I believe someone figured out how much stock was going to hit the street in the past two months, that they told all of there friends and shorted NITE. This was elevated by a few large shareholders that borrowed heavily against stock they owned at MLCO. After losing more than half of its market value, MLCO made them cover the margins and adding fuel to the downward spiral. I believe the situation looks somewhat in control now, but be warned that if numbers don't exceed First Call, we are back to low 20's. I think the numbers will be better, and therefore have been buying, and averaging down. I truly see NITE as a major target for acquisition or a very large partnering. Time will tell, but I hope over that time we see the stock price rise. Also, I think a large decrease in the short position at the end of september would be good. As we speak, 7 Million + shares of NITE are being shorted. That is up from 5 Million last month and 3 Million the month before. A drop down from 7 Million to below 5 Million for the end of september would be positive to me. Rodney
