Kit, there sure is. The Philly has a product for you. In fact, it has way too many products for you, which is why they don't get much volume. But for individual investors, you can play their Forex options. See phlx.com Be sure to read all the stuff on that site about currency options and you will be ready to jump in.

Kit, Another page you should check out is Yahoo's Currency conversion finance.yahoo.com You can't trade off of it, but it sure helps if, like me, you can only go one way with currencies. For example, I know exactly how many dollars are in the Euro, but I have to break out the calculator to figure it the other way around.
