GOTO, wasn't punished at all.

More "go" to confusion here.

The guy didn't work for GOTO or for GNET. He worked for Disney's SEEK, AKA "Go". There's even more room for confusion, however. A couple of stories -- at least in the local press -- pointed out that he worked at the Seattle-area (Bellevue) offices of what was formally known as Starwave before Disney combined all the properties. One of the stories even pointed out that Starwave was founded by Paul Allen and later sold to Disney.
