What would you think if it's secured by receivables?? The interest rates are sky high on that type of financing.

And why didn't they say what the terms are, if it's a good deal?

Back when they did the Toxic Convert it was a reason for shareholders to celebrate.........for a while.

Just asking questions since with NTN the details are always worse than the original advertisement.
