I have a couple of comments regarding your post. The SEC complaint "alleges" Raleigh Baughman did this. Was there ever any finding of guilt? I was on the Prodigy boards and SI back then and I don't remember RB ever saying anything about a company with the symbol "IMP." I could have missed it, but surely a person can be wrongly accused. Also, didn't the SEC not find anything wrong with USAT? They were cleared to trade again, but required a MM to file a form and that is why they are pink sheets. Is that right? Sam
