Any comments on insider action in August; one MRV director sold about 25 K shares at 14+. He must have known OA was on the way to public.

There was an 8k filed 9/15 anyone know what it was? Free Edgar is not showing it. Also an 824B on 9/17. Benny

<<Merrill Lynch... any comments?>> John: Frankly I was too disappointed at the initial drop in price to pay attention; the drop surprised me after Friday's nice gain. But I will tomorrow. ML's interest is a good sign. I also am a little paranoid about the overall market. In a "normal" market, I am almost certain MRVC would have added on further gains today. The fact that they didn't indicates to me that the pillars of this bull market are slowly crumbling; reflected in the narrowing of the advancing issues, the A/D line etc
