Just a thought here. And probably unlikely. But do you think it could have something to do with a large number of people signing up/using the service?

Optimistically, I'm wondering if it isn't unsimilar to when AOL did unlimited access, egrp/amtd et al grew in astonishing numbers...rapidly. And now the server problems that NetB@ank customers are encountering?

SO, if so, do they delay and gooff of what they get, or ramp up the system. How much can Genesis hold?
