I agree, Mr. B. I think that most of those newbies have responded very graciously to the gentle direction given them by some of the initiated. Your post is appropriate, however, as none of us went to the trouble to teach a class. Just told them to read the text book (RTFTB?)

I would like to engage in a discussion about EMC and NTAP when I have the mental capacity to do so (That could be a while!).
