Carl,

Then it looks like the powers that be betting on PLAB dropping by the date of the deal. Why else would MASK be at $19?

Also, you state the deal may not be attractive for MASK holders but looks better for PLABers. I look at it this way: I just made 5 point overnight (I've held MASK for a long time) and after the deal I'll be a PLABer, so it looks like win-win to me.
