I agree with the late filings to the SEC. My information indicates that it is an Earnings report. My question is which earnings report are they late filing??? This is the first time since they filed for bankruptcy that this has happened. Evidently they have been filing Earnings reports for the last six quarters or else this matter has been overlooked until now. This may be an indication that a push is on for something to happen, one way or the other. Any thoughts??????
